The Tioga Medical Center 5K WALK

Walkers have less incidence of cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and other killer diseases. They live longer and get mental health and spiritual benefits. Find out about the many health benefits of walking.

This is not a contest, we are promoting a fun way to promote a healthy lifestyle. You can walk the 5K, run the 5K, or a combination of the two. Prizes will be awarded to all who participate, along with a healthy breakfast served in our Gazebo area.

The walk will begin at 7:00 am. All are welcome. Registration is $5.00 and all proceeds will be donated to "Relay for Life". The form below is optional, but allows us to purchase the right number of shirts, etc.
