Can I pay my bill online?

We now accept Credit Card Payments through this website. You can click on this link to be redirected to our secure payment system. Tioga Medical Center has partnered with “PayPal” to handle the processing of credit cards. “PayPal” is 100% secure. You DO NOT need a paypal account to make payments to Tioga Medical Center. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Don’t waste time and effort in mailing your payment. This process is extremely easy and you will receive a receipt either through “PayPal” or if you enter an email address, one will be sent to you. Your payment will be authorized immediately and will be applied to your Hospital/Clinic account within 1-4 business days. What is the difference between Independent Living Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities?

Tioga Medical Center offers an Independent Living Facility which allows tenants to rent an apartment which is owned and operated by TMC. Many think of our facility as a place where folks of like backgrounds and similar interests can retire. An Assisted Living Facility is a supportive housing facility designed for those who need extra help in their day-to-day lives but who do not require the 24-hour skilled nursing care found in traditional nursing homes.

How do I get a copy of my medical records?

A copy of an individuals’ medical record can be purchased by the individual or a representative of the individual. A consent form can be printed out from our website along with the rates. The consent form must be filled out and either mailed to Tioga Medical Center Medical Records, or faxed to (701) 664-2240.
