The mission for which this organization is formed is to assist the MEDICAL CENTER in charitable work. All work and activities will be performed with integrity and coordination of individual efforts consistent with the policies of the Medical Center, and to protect, to foster, to encourage, and to aid the best interests of this institution. Monetary profit or gain is not the purpose of this organization; and no officer, director, member or individual of TMCA is to receive or be paid any money or property belonging to this organization or the Medical Center.
