As your birthday approaches, you have the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive health blood screening. This will include White Blood Count, Hemoglobin, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel and Lipid Panel for $30.00. A PSA, a prostate screening for men, is available for an additional fee of $20.00. During
the month of your birthday, simply call the phone number listed below to
make an appointment. On the day of your appointment, stop at the
hospital business office to fill out the necessary paperwork. You
will then be directed to the Hospital Lab for your blood draw.
(Payment in full is required at the Business Office before the blood is
drawn. No insurance will be filed for the lab work.)
