Here at Tioga Medical Center, we are constantly working to bring more specialty providers to our community.
We are currently bringing in specialties from General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Pediatric Dental Surgery, Cardiac Care, Endoscopy Services, Foot and Ankle Services, Sports Medicine, and Mental Health Services.
Meet the Providers
Mark G Peterson, MD
Endoscopy Services
Dr. Peterson was born and raised in Grand Forks, ND. He is a UND School of Medicine Graduate.
Dr. Peterson provides Tioga Medical Center with "scopes" every third Tuesday and Wednesday of each month.
Peerawut Deeprasetkul, MD
("Dr. Dee")
Cardiac Care & Rehabilitation
Dr. Dee is a non-invasive Cardiologist. He specializes in preventing, detecting, and treating the heart and cardiovascular disease.
Dr. Dee visits Tioga Medical Center on the first Friday of every month.
Andrew McCoy, MD
General Surgeon
Dr. McCoy is from Williston, ND. He is a graduate from the University of North Dakota. He provides a variety of services, some include: general surgery, advanced laparoscopic surgery, hernia repairs, and pediatric surgery.
Dr. McCoy comes to Tioga Medical Center the 1st Tuesday and 3rd Thursday of each month.
Ravindra Joshi
Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Joshi specializes in general orthopedic surgery, sports related surgery, total joint replacement surgery, and hand and foot surgery.
Dr. Joshi visits Tioga Medical Center on the 2nd Friday of each month.
Tyson D Williams, DPM
Foot & Ankle Services
Dr. Williams was raised in Minot, ND. He is a Board Certified foot and Ankle Surgeon.
He has been providing Tioga Medical Center with monthly consultations since 1997. He is in Tioga the 1st Wednesday of each month.
Tracy Tomjack, DO
Sports Medicine
Dr. Tomjack is from Parshall, ND. She specializes in non-operative sports medicine.
Dr. Tomjack visits Tioga Medical Center the 4th Thursday of each month.

Dr. Kulig is from Minot, ND. She specialty trained in Minnesota and New York.

Melissa Nystuen, LICSW
Mental Health Services
Melissa has experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral concerns, parenting education, mood disorders, and personality disorders.

McKenzie Moor, PMHNP
Mental Health Services
McKenzie provides services including pharmacological care to address anxiety, depression, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, insomnia, ADHD, as well as other mental health conditions.

Megan Ward, DNP, FNP
Mental Health Services
Megan was born and raised in Minot, ND. She obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice Degree at the University of Arizona and also recently completed an advanced program to be credentialed to specialize in psychiatric care! Megan will see people of all ages, but holds a very special place in her heart for our Veterans, a population she has extensive experience with! Megan is currently accepting patients and will be working out of our Tioga Office as well as providing telehealth appointments!
