About Shelby

Shelby is a Certified Physician Assistant graduating from the University of North Dakota in 2021 with focus in family medicine. She has additional training in the fields of emergency medicine and women’s health. Shelby also holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree and practiced as a Physical therapist prior to becoming a Physician Assistant. She also enjoys volunteering as a Certified Emergency Medical Technician for Ray Ambulance. Shelby’s professional interests include orthopedic medicine, women’s health, and diabetes management.

Shelby provides:

• Primary healthcare services for patients of all ages

• Health and wellness counseling for all ages

• Annual physical exams

• Women’s reproductive health services including annual female exams and birth control consults and management.

• Minor procedures including orthopedic injections

• Psychiatric care

• Urgent care

• Well child visits

• DOT physicals

Shelby is in our Tioga Clinic on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

She travels to Ray Clinic on Tuesday and Thursday.
