Tioga Medical Center Welcomes David Petrosian, DO

(TIOGA, ND) – Tioga Medical Center is pleased to welcome David Petrosian, DO, to its growing team of providers. In addition to seeing patients, Dr. Petrosian will serve as the facility’s medical director.
Dr. Petrosian earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glen Head, New York, and completed his Family Medicine residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, NY. He worked as an urgent care physician at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY, and as a traveling physician at a federally qualified health center in Boston, Massachusetts, providing outpatient primary care. Additionally, he worked with Forest Hills Dermatology Group in Queens, NY, on clinical drug trials.
With a strong background in urgent and family medicine, Dr. Petrosian provides compassionate, personalized care to patients of all ages. His clinical interests include dermatology and longevity medicine.
As medical director, Dr. Petrosian will oversee provider operations, guide quality improvement initiatives, and support the ongoing development of patient-centered care across Tioga Medical Center’s hospital, clinic, and long-term care settings.

Dr. Petrosian is the second new provider to join Tioga Medical Center this year. A third provider is expected to begin later this fall. These additions are part of the organization’s continued commitment to expanding access to high-quality care in the region.
