Tioga Medical Center proudly serves northwest North Dakota with clinics in Tioga, Ray, and Powers Lake; a 25-bed critical access hospital; a Long-Term Care center; and Independent Living apartments. As the region grows, so does our medical facility—now offering more services than ever before, including primary care, cardiac rehab, diabetic education, emergency care, therapy, radiology, specialty services, and outpatient surgery.

“Home is where healing happens, and that’s why we have a number of providers who travel to us—so our patients don’t have to,” says Eraas. “This commitment allows our neighbors to receive specialty and surgical care without the burden of long-distance travel.”

That dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed. For the second consecutive year, TMC was awarded a Top 20 Best Practices in Quality designation by the National Rural Health Association. Additionally, in 2024, TMC received the American Heart Association’s Get with The Guidelines® Stroke Rural Recognition Silver Award.
