Tioga Medical Center Long-Term Care Receives Customer Experience Award

(TIOGA, ND) – Tioga Medical Center is thrilled to announce that its Long-Term Care facility has received a 2024 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight. This award recognizes the organization's outstanding performance in Skilled Nursing Facility and solidifies their position in the top echelon of care providers nationwide. This is the ninth year in a row the facility has received the award.

Qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award signifies that Tioga Medical Center Long-Term Care has consistently ranked within the top 15% of care providers across the nation over the past 12 months. The facility received recognition in the following service areas: Overall Satisfaction, Nursing Care, Dining Service, Quality of Food, Individual Needs, Laundry Service, Communications, Response to Problems, Recommend to Others, Activities, Professional Therapy Services, Admissions Process, Safety and Security, and Overall Customer Satisfaction.
